IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND ON YOUR SCHEDULED TIME OR DURING THE MAKE-UP SESSION, PLEASE CONTACT THE SCHOOL AND WE WILL MAKE SUITABLE ARRANGEMENTS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   During the week of May 11, 2020, we will distribute Caps and Gowns, Honor Cords, Senior Awards, and Diplomas (please see and adhere to the schedule [above]).  We will set up stations around the bus loop.  Students should remain in their cars and practice social distancing while on campus.  It will be helpful to us if students could post their name on a large placard and display it on the passenger\u2019s side of the dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  •    Textbooks<\/strong>:  We will collect textbooks from seniors.  You should receive this week a list of textbooks currently assigned.  We have taken the liberty of collecting all textbooks that were left in student lockers.  We understand that students may wish to retain AP Textbooks and Materials given the modified AP Examination Schedule.  Students may return those texts and materials at the conclusion of AP Exams (May 26, 2020).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    –<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Food Services Debt: <\/strong> You should receive notice of any debt with food services this week.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      –<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      •    Yearbooks<\/strong>:  Currently, they are not available and we do not suspect they will be ready by the Week on Wheels.  However, we will notify students and families as soon they arrive.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        –<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        •    Laptops<\/strong>:  If you were assigned a laptop and\/or hot spot for home use, we will collect them as well, understanding that some students may need them for AP Exams.  In this case, they can be returned at the conclusion of those exams (May 26, 2020).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          –<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          •    Senior Locker Clean Out:<\/strong>  Once students have proceeded through stations at the bus loop, they may proceed to the faculty parking lot, park, and retrieve any personal items from their lockers (hall and gym).  We will have staff to assist and ensure students are practicing social distancing.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            –<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            IMPORTANT NOTE:  IN ORDER TO RELEASE OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS, ALL TEXTBOOKS MUST BE RETURNED, DEBTS MUST BE RECONCILED, AND GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET NO LATER THAN MAY 29, 2020!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
