Deadline- December 1, 2025

Eligibility– Applicants must be in grade 7 through 12 and must be sponsored by a Fleet Reserve Association branch or Ladies Auxiliary unit. Must submit an essay on a sponsor determined topic.

The grand national winner receives $1,500.  Other winners receive $1,000 for first place, $750 for second place, and $500 for third place.
