I’ve started eating lunch more often, and I am also eating healthier.

My eating habits have not really changed. I still eat the same kind of foods that I used to before quarantine. However, I have been making bread, and my family has really taken to make it a larger part of our diets.

I’m eating only when I feel hungry, so there is a less regimented three meals a day schedule. I also find myself eating the same foods every day, because of less grocery store visits has made mesicker of the foods that I normally like.
