The lacrosse team bring in another win for the season. The Sharks brought in the biggest win yet for the season 23-0. The Sharks played against Atlantic Coast High School (ACHS) on Feb.26 in the tank. In just the first two minutes of the game, freshman, Myles Buckley scored two goals back to back. Then in the first eight minutes of the first quarter, the Sharks were up 10-0. After the first quarter, the refs said “let the clock run”. The Sharks were already up 17-0 after the second quarter. They had 33 shots on goal just after the first half while the Stingrays had zero shots at goal. Coach Kilby and Coach Keeler finally decided to take out their top players and let others play. But that still didn’t stop them and they were up 21-0 just after the third quarter. Finally, the Stingrays decided to take some shots at goal but failed to do so as junior, Jackson Hume saved their only two shots of the game. The Sharks finished the game 23-0 with 42 shots at goal. That is a new record for the ’24 team.
