This week the Girls Softball Team played their first game of the season. Sadly, they, lost 13 to 3 against Bartram Trail High School with a run rule occurring in the first inning. A highlight of the game was senior, Tara Mcgee hitting the fence, advancing to second base. They started scoring runs at the third inning along with consistent base hits during the first inning. It was a disappointing start to the season but the girls have a strong team and will continue their season with determination.
