By Rocco Garcia

The Ponte Vedra High School (PVHS) Sharks started the week traveling to Oakleaf High School to take on the 3-1 Knights on Nov. 19. At the start of the first 10 minutes, junior mid fielder, Nick Churchill scored the first goal of the night with an  assist by senior left wing, Stanley Bishop, putting the Sharks in front at 1-0. But the Knights retaliated and scored off a corner kick knotting up the game at 1-1. Following that, senior striker, Thomas Arndt scored a solo making the score 2-1.

“Our defense was great once again, we helped our offense a lot which helped us put a lot of points on the board.”
