The Ponte Vedra Ocean of Sound has finally revealed to their 2026 outdoor production titled “Rust.” Musical compositions include Rite of Spring by Igor Stravinsky, Chaos by Ponte Vedra High School (PVHS) band director Daniel Lezcano, Rephrygeration by Todd Stalter, Nature Boy by Eden Ahbez, As The World Caves In by Matt Maltese, Toxic by Britney Spears, and Metropolis 1927 by Peter Graham. The music is arranged by band director Daniel Lezcano and professional percussion arranger Johnathan Jadvani. The show was first previewed at the PVHS Sharks first football game on Aug. 14th with the first out of the three movements of the show played. This show combines themes of an post-apocalyptic and chaotic world and tells the story of re-civilization.
