Girls soccer dominating the new decade

The Ponte Vedra girls’ soccer team has had an average 2019-2020 campaign to this point posting six wins to go along with five losses and three ties. However, they have started out the new year in excellent fashion posting a convincing 8-0 win over St. Augustine to start the new year. This win would’ve been convincing enough by itself, but this team immediately followed it up with a tie against a talented Bartram Trail that has been extremely dominant and near the top of the table all season.

The Christmas break appeared to be just what this team needed to get back to the winning ways that they had been accustom to, taking a long sabbatical may have been the key to reinvigorating this squad’s spirits and the remainder of the 2020 season shows nothing but promise.
